Vince is easily one of my biggest influences for mini painting, mainly because he taught me almost everything I know behind the brush.  His Hobby Cheating series on YouTube is one of the most comprehensive tutorial series on the platform, and if you haven't watched it, then you are messing up.  We talk about his intro to the hobby and how he developed into the painter he is today.
