In this episode, we look into a case involving a research specialist for UC Berkeley who sexually harassed a student while on a research trip. The twist is that decades before this complaint, the perpetrator in this case was convicted of raping a 14-year-old boy while he was an employee at UC Berkeley. Despite being arrested, convicted and registered as a sex offender, he was able to maintain his employment at UC Berkeley, and his access to students, leading to this case.
