This Is all about Yoga for Balance and Day 1 of my experience doing the 21 Day Meditation Abundance Challenge. In understanding Yoga for Balance, I've often found that people who are flexible are lacking in strength and vice versa. When it comes to yoga, you can use your flexibility to raise your strength, and your strength to work on your flexibility. The beauty of yoga lies in the fact that these things are closely related and we must find a balance between them. In line with balance, meditation is a great tool for helping to keep us balanced in our thoughts and experiences. Meditation practices are an antidote to the penchant we seem to have for working ourselves to exhaustion without feeling like we have much to show for it.  If you want some advice on what to expect and how to go about diving into the meditation challenges.
