Episode 184 - As I have often said, no industry has suffered more during the pandemic than travel and hospitality. I wanted to see how one industry, the ski industry, coped during the pandemic. I visited three independent ski area, Taos in New Mexico, Colorado's Monarch and Ski Cooper. What I found is that all three resorts had basically operated with the same protocol, but the results were much different.
