Edward Scroggy, a scrooge of sorts absolutely despises Christmas.  He finds himself sitting alone on Christmas Eve, just the way he likes it, until suddenly he hears a knock at the door.  A single, beautifully wrapped Christmas present sits curiously on his stoop.
