In some countries, there are people who allow themselves to be crucified for a period of time to show their devotion to the Lord. But Jesus has fully completed this suffering on the cross for our sins. If we truly want to follow him, we must instead submit to the process of spiritual crucifixion. The Romans drove nails through the hands and feet of Christ. This week Dr. Barnhouse asks, have you allowed the Holy Spirit to drive nails through your self-centered desires?
