Hi besties 🤍 today we are talking about over thinking. Believe it or not, this is very common. We want to create a space where you feel safe and hopefully us being vulnerable brings you in that directions. We share our struggles of having a crowded mind, what it does when we are looking at our thoughts more than God, and a moment in the Bible where Jesus experienced the wrestling of thoughts and Gods will.
