That awful anxiety hits at all the wrong times as a cop it seems. And there is a lot of cops out there that maybe feel the same. Some can't even describe it in words, Anger out bursts, frustration, high stress, paranoia and being overwhelmed. We share our perspectives for other cops to glean some insight for them.We chat with 20 year veteran cop Kurt Dabb. Dan and Kurt break down that feeling of anxiety and being overwhelmed. Some key signs are not only physical but emotional too.

Your host, Dan is a 20 year veteran retired Tucson cop, served in the Marines and owns the coffee company. Dan worked patrol as an officer and supervisor and SWAT for 13 years as an operator, team leader, sniper and mechanical breacher. Also in his resume is several years in plain clothes UC work as an officer and supervisor that worked property, gun and drug crimes as well as human trafficking.  Your co-host, Kurt Dabb, who is a 20 year (retired) Arizona Sheriffs Deputy, homicide detective, training officer and now works to help other cops with their resiliency and health.
