We recently bid farewell to a cherished piece of history – our roaster from the 1940s. It had been with us through thick and thin, even surviving World War II when it had to be hidden away to avoid being melted down for wartime needs. However, it's not the end for this iconic machine. We've entrusted it to a capable company that will breathe new life into it, ensuring its legacy continues. We eagerly await before-and-after photos of the restoration process. As we transition from old to new, we have the anticipation of a new coffee machine on the horizon. It's an end of an era for the old machine, but the promise of innovation and efficiency lies ahead.
