Welcome to You're Not That Special with Emily and Sarah! We’re two enneagram 4/INFJs, here to talk with you about mental health, eating disorder recovery, and the challenges that we ALL face. We always thought we were the only ones dealing with this stuff, but it turns out - we’re not that special. And neither are you. What we mean by that is, we’re all going through these day-to-day struggles. Instead of feeling so alone, we think it’s important to talk about these things and recognize that more often than not, the people around us are going through similar challenges.
