This is the second diary entry, in a series of five, from Rodrigo Gonzalez who lives in Thomastown. He’s originally from Chile and after time working at Rinuccini’s and Zuni he opened his own restaurant Tabu Tapas, also in Thomastown, with his wife Amanda.
