We are REC – a podcast series produced in partnership with Rappahannock Electric Cooperative. Our conversation today with Michelle Wells, Member Service Representative with REC, included an overview of a typical day. Michelle works out of the Blue Ridge office in Front Royal and deals with local walk-ins and phone calls on a wide variety of topics from service set-ups, disconnects to volunteering at local community events. She is the liaison between members and Rappahannock Electric Cooperative staff/support.
