A Decade of Difference- Turning 50

I started a podcast about Alzheimer's - the things they forget to tell you- My mother was diagnosed at the age of 57- and I had a child of my own, I immediately became part of the sandwich generation. I talk about about things that people don't want to talk about.
As time went by the Podcast evolved.
My mother passed away 20 years after being diagnosed with the disease. Two decades of my life was spent multi-tasking. In 2013, I became a single parent. I am not sure how I survived all that was thrown at me, but I did. In finding my way back to me- I discovered the importance of Self-love.
