Christina Ridgeway is an American artist who works with the magical realism style. She lives and works in Falköping, Västra Götaland. Ridgeway has been painting since childhood when she grew up next to the woods in Maryland, USA. In the enigmatic nature, she found a sense of magic, mystery and peacefulness that found its way into her symbolic paintings.

“As an artist who has lived abroad most of her adult life, my universal language has always been paintings. My hope is to create a conversation between myself and the viewer, so that they can find their own meaning within my work and feel seen.”
