This week's episode is an extremely interesting dive into coyote biology, behavior, and management with University of Georgia professor Dr. Michael Chamberlain. We discuss a coyote research project encompassing South Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama that looked at home range and travel, diet, their potential impact on deer populations, and the effectiveness (or ineffectiveness) of hunting and trapping coyotes to help improve deer populations. This is a must listen for any deer hunter with an interest in coyotes and their impact on deer populations.
