In this episode, I’ve tried to talk about that do not of grieving. Anyways grieving can be very hard and it’s important that we are protecting ourselves as we walk through this process.

In this episode I continue to share how I am grieving my mother’s loss. It includes some serious things such as some tears, seeking emotional support from others but it also includes some fun things, reliving some fun memories with my mother. Celebrating Mother’s Day when our mother has transitioned to be with her Lord is new to us. Join us as my little brother, Amit, and I share a glimpse of our first Mother’s Day without our mummy!

In this episode I shared how I am grieving the loss of my mother due to COVID-19 recently. While it is a very painful process, I am slowly learning to manage this pain. Hoping it will help someone who is struggling to deal with the loss of a dear one.

With all the polarization in the country it’s important that we talk. And not just one conversation but a series of focused conversations where we commit to come closer, learn from each other and listen to each other actively. Let’s agree to disagree with respect.

The episode challenges us all to take a step back in the middle of our sadness and anger and dig deep within ourselves to focus on common goals we have as fellow human beings!

A reminder for us to not get too entangled with the stressors generated by the coronavirus reality. We must remember this is just a phase in our lives that may have magnified some of the hard parts of our relationships and of ourselves. However, our destination is still in our hands, we can still choose how we want to evolve and who we want to become. So take a deep breath and do some self reflection! Take a break but please don’t quit! God bless

This poem is inspired by a powerful woman in Louisiana. She recently contracted COVID-19 at 92 years of age and conquered it and then voted in these very important elections in the United States.

A recent event reminded me of my childhood and my journey so far. As I reflected on those memories, two of my old Hindi poems emerged in my awareness. I am sharing those here, hope you enjoy them.
