57-year-old John Neri is charged with a felony count of aggravated unlawful restraint / armed robbery.

Des Plaines Police say Neri accused a restaurant delivery driver of not delivering a roast beef sandwich he claimed he ordered.

Inside his apartment while holding a knife Neri took back the 20-dollars he paid to the driver.

The driver eventually left the apartment and called 9-1-1.
