She has also sold out multiple programs over the last six years and helped clients lose over 2000 pounds.
Through her fitness career, Nadia has completely reshaped the way she thinks about movement and aesthetics from a place of insecurity to a mindset of strength, creativity, joy, and love. Now, she lays out the path for women to experience this same transformation in their lives.
