Theatre companies work hard to put terrific dramatic productions on stage. So, it's never good when what's happening in the back office is making headlines instead. Such was the case not long ago at the critically acclaimed Soulpepper theatre company. It now has a new artistic director who's rebuilding the company in some pretty inventive ways. Weyni Mengesha formerly directed shows there, and after many years in the U.S., is back to take the helm.
