This week, Karen sits down with Amanda Cook of Cook's Market in Baldwin City, KS. Amanda and her husband, Matt grow flowers for the Lawrence Farmers Market and in a collective of farmers who sell to local florists. Both Karen & Amanda are members of the Association of Specialty Cut Flower Growers.
