Joining Vassos and Louise this week is Dr Andrew Boyd, who is the RCGP Clinical Priority Champion, physical activity & lifestyle. In that role he has helped set up the RCGP's parkrun partnership which sees certified ‘parkrun practices’  signpost patients and carers to parkrun. He explains the ethos behind the venture, what it aims to achieve and how beneficial it has already been. Vassos gets a little obsessed with cold showers and we receive our first parkrun joke!
