In this week’s episode, we’re being optimistic! I talk about having dreams, goals, and aspirations and how to keep them attainable rather than daunting. I needed some positivity and laughs in my episode this week and this episode did just that.

MAKE A VISION BOARD TO LOOK AT EACH DAY. It doesn’t need to be artistic just print out some pics and put it on a poster board so that on your hardest days you can look at something that will make you want to fight :). 

Never be afraid to put yourself and your mental health first. Be courageous.
