He is a graduate of William Carey University, where he earned a B.A. in Religion. He holds an M.T.S from Gateway Theological Seminary. He is a recent graduate of Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he earned a Ph.D. in Theology. His dissertation focused on a critique of Robotic Futurism and the potential of Dehumanization.
He is also working on a second book, Robot Theology: Old Questions through New Media, which is about the intersection of religion and robots with Wipf and Stock.
