This could mean losing your job, spouse, falling out from a relationship with a loved one. Essentially falling from some place of perceived perfection. For many of us, that's building a business and having it fail.

I share some ideas on how you can regroup and recenter yourself. What you should be doing and focusing on as well as some specific questions that can help you be more honest with yourself. I think you'll like this one.
