There's always going to be those Family members, who can't seem to put forth the effort into doing their part. If you, or someone have beef with someone else; doesn't give THEM the right to give ostracization. Especially if it has to do with playing an important role: Moms, Dads, Grandparents, Sisters, Brothers, Uncles, Aunts, you name it! Petty quarrels also don't give rights to missing events that are special to bring everyone together.
