November is National Adoption Awareness Month (NAAM), which is a month to  increase national awareness of adoption issues, bring attention to the need for adoptive/kinship  families for children and young people in the foster care system, and emphasize what is actually going on in the adoption space. 

But really what is going on? I share my thoughts in this episode from different perspectives.
