In my addiction, I was always reacting to life. I never took the time to really think things through and make better decisions. I find that starting my day with recovery puts me in a better headspace to go about the day. It reminds me of the path that I am on and has me better prepared for what life throws at me. My disease wakes up five minutes before I do, so my recovery should start early as well. IG: @thesoberfixpodcast
