Pat eventually moved to Alberta to work on the Oil Field, eventually making the switch to MMA first as a coach then a professional mma fighter. Went 7-0 with 7 Knockouts wining the Unifed Welterweight title before losing his belt to UFC vet Jake Lindsay. Sustained a devastating injury resulting in making his switch to Pro Boxing!
