She fills The Flock in on what it takes to feed a school of 2,500 students with a couple hundred faculty, how they’ll have a special Thanksgiving lunch on Tuesday, what breakfast students eat most, what food the students really like, and how important the students are to the JHS Lunch Ladies. Also Zoe P informs us on the importance of having protein in your breakfast.
