In Iceland 86% of employees have the option to work fourdays a week instead Monday to Friday. During a four year study into reducingworking hours, researchers found that productivity in Iceland went up, notdown.

So if it works in Iceland, why not in China? Do Chinesepeople want to work less? Could Chinese companies be doing more to give theirstaff flexible working options?
