A Gift from Adversity ~Heather Dunlop~ Ep. 117

Heather came in from the Yellowstone area.
Heather is a Transformational Coach, International Best Selling Author, and Host of the Survivor to Thriver Summit
Heather was molested repeatedly from age 8 to 12.
It took many years afterward before she figured out what healing processes worked for her.
Heather discovered the power of forgiveness and that really opened up her healing journey.
"I found gratitude for all that happened in the past, and present. I connected with a hypnotherapist who I fully opened up to and within 2 sessions the emotional impact of the memories was removed. I now remember without reliving."
She said the gift is that she discovered who she is.
"I was able to take back my life, tap into what motivates me, live out my passions, create more connected relationships, and feel at peace." Heather said.
