Life can really be a roller coaster until we find the ‘ocean of peace’ in this moment. That is when we give our self to the inner retreat, our place of being where we nourish ourselves by the ‘Peace’ that God brings. We overcome depression and limitation by learning how to expand our consciousness through new heights, breaths, depths, and lengths that come with the visualization of limitless light and space.
