So today, while I was returning from my college, I saw someone selling pineapples on the street.A man was selling pineapple paste with pineapples in a van.The pineapple was very small in size, round in shape, but very sweet and delicious.The man cut the pineapple into small pieces and seasoned it with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.

Pineapple is a popular summer fruit.Pineapple contains bromelain which helps improve our digestive

power.Pineapple should be eaten daily to get rid of any digestive problems.Pineapple contains a lot of vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium, calcium, and phosphorus. These elements play an important role in fulfilling the nutritional deficiencies of our body.Pineapple also helps in weight control.It is best to eat pineapple on an empty stomach in the morning. There is no problem even if you eat it whole.However, milk should not be consumed after pineapple as it can cause acidity problems.

After eating pineapple, since it was very hot outside, I had a glass of sorbet.Lemon juice plays a great role in the scorching heat.It helps restore the body's balance.Lepu contains antioxidant vitamin C which helps in controlling our weight and boosting our immunity. Every day, wounds heal and toxins are removed from the body.Therefore, we should consume lemon juice regularly during summer.I think a glass of lemonade is enough to relieve fatigue throughout the day.
