Today, I had fun reconnecting with Brandi. I first met Brandi about 7 years ago, when she was a college student in my husband's meditation class on campus. One year ago, this May, Brandi's father died while climbing Mt. Everest. Brandi shares some of the tools and experiences she has used and had that have helped her and others out of the grief, darkness and heavy times sometimes life can offer us. Her desire is to help others at this time of concern and uncertainty to recognize that there is Divine timing in life and it can be a glorious unfolding.
