If you can change a vision, it is only your perspective. It’s not big enough to be a vision. You need to adopt God’s vision to accomplish his mission and purpose for your life, which is different than the plan you have made for yourself without consulting him. Proverbs tells us “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” If God is not providing it, it is not yours. You must rely on him for your provision, then share that provision with others. He will always bring to you exactly what you need if you are willing to follow his lead.

There is your point of view and God’s point of view. Sometimes we interpret what He wants from our perspective, which doesn’t quite line up. Depression impacts so many of us but it’s not at all how Christ intended for us to live. He came that we might live in abundance, filled with joy. Apart from Jesus, we can do nothing.

Outgrowing Depression

If you abide in Jesus, His Word abides in you. Then you can ask God the Father (in Jesus’ name) for whatever you need and it shall be done. This can be a reality in your life when you are abiding in Christ. How do you do that? How can you be led by the Holy Spirit? God wants to use His Word to change you, and in turn use you to extend His healing and salvation to others.

Happy Mother’s Day! One day of celebration is not enough. Thank you for your contributions to your family. You are the heart of the household. May God richly bless you! God meant what He said when He said by his stripes we are healed. This is mentioned many times throughout Scripture. His Word is life and health. Let’s dig into how to apply this to your daily life.

His Word is Life

In Psalm 103:1-3, David talks about blessing the Lord. He says, “Forget not all of his benefits.” Praising the Lord and blessing His name is essential to your life as a Believer. He wants to bless you and to heal you from all sickness and disease. By his stripes we are healed. You cannot look at God’s Word and not see that He wants you to walk in divine health and strength. Where did sickness come from? It is a byproduct of a fallen world.

Healing From Sickness

If the secret to an abundant life came through a prescription, would you want one? Paul told Timothy that all Scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, reproof, correction and instruction. The Word is from God, and it is all good. It does not return void. There isn’t one problem you can bring to God that He can’t solve.
