  • Sharing Wisdom with Michelle

One of the most beautiful things about the Christian faith is that we have a great assembly of saintly siblings who have journeyed ahead of us and have gleaned truth and wisdom along their walk with Jesus. These older saintly siblings who have been shaped and molded into the character of Christ are willing to open their hearts and reveal the goodness of the One who has made His home there. As it was in the beginning so it shall be in the middle and in the end.

Join in this conversation as I sit with Michelle and see the Goodness, wonder and beauty of Jesus made visible in the life, words and work of Michelle. I hope it blesses you and encourages you as it did me.

  • A good story starts with living in community

The beauty of a good community cannot be overstated. A good community takes one's breathe away and tugs at the heart strings because it pulls at the eternal longing in every human heart for a place to belong, to be known, to be seen and therefore be loved.

Alana has found herself in a community that champions and celebrates her when things are going well as well as tenderly hold her and help her live with jagged pieces of grief. And all the while praying for her and family to grow in faith, love, peace.

Listen as Alana talks about a part of her story of how a girl from a small town north of Auckland ending up leading a church in another paradise city of Queenstown. Grab a box of tissues because the storms this woman has weathered will make you weep. And yet she still stays kind, trusting and hopeful that is a testimony of God's goodness.
