Milwaukee has been working to reduce the amount of car wrecks in the city and one of the measures implemented is traffic calming and speed bumps are part of this plan, but not everyone is a fan. Remember Tim Michels? Yeah, a rich guy who tried to run for office...and failed (remind you of anyone?) Turns out, he gave all sorts of money to the president-elect and thought he was gonna get a job. Looks like he's 0 for 2.
