It's easy to fall into the gloom of the moment. I'm guilty of it myself. Sometimes in looking at the economic numbers, since the Pandemic began. Has often been an exercise in negativity. But, as I pointed out last week, even in the dry economic numbers the clouds are starting to part, and some real sunshine is starting to come through.

This week we especially saw upbeat numbers in Manufacturing and Employment. Two of the fundamentals engines of economic growth.
