MOBY DICK is a notoriously hard book to read all the way through. That's what most people say (especially in school). That's why one English Lit professor had some fun with a 'missing chapter' from the novel back in the 1970s. It's all about the monstrous farts that whales can produce. It caused quite a controversy.
