Prompt #1
Matthew 16:15-9
“But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?” Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.” Jesus replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by my Father in heaven. And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will bebound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”
"Lord, you are the Messiah and you are the King. By your grace and by your Spirit, show me the depths of this truth in my heart. Help me to openly and actively be a part of this unstoppable movement you started with your death and resurrection. As you build your Church, help me be faithful to the part of that to which you've called me. I surrender to your unstoppable movement and your unfailing love. Use me for your glory on this earth. Amen."

Prompt #3
Acts 4:24-31
"When they heard this, they raised their voices together in prayer to God. “Sovereign Lord,” they said, “you made the heavens and the earth and the sea, and everything in them. You spoke by the Holy Spirit through the mouth of your servant, our father David: “‘Why do the nations rage and the peoples plot in vain? The kings of the earth rise up and the rulers band together against the Lord and against his anointed one.’ Indeed Herod and Pontius Pilate met together with the Gentiles and the people of Israel in this city to conspire against your holy servant Jesus, whom you anointed. They did what your power and will had decided beforehand should happen. Now, Lord, consider their threats and enable your servants to speak your word with great boldness. Stretch out your hand to heal and perform signs and wonders through the name of your holy servant Jesus.” After they prayed, the place where they were meeting was shaken. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God boldly."
"Heavenly Father, help us to focus on what is most important in this world. As the world resists your unstoppable movement, help us to trust in your power and your ability to change the hearts of those who are furthest from you. We look to your hand and to your power to lead people to your Son, Jesus."
