So what rights do you have in America if your an undocumented immigrant living in America? Wheather or not you are citizen, you have these constitutional rights; - The right to remain silent when detained by police or ICE. - The right to be free from "Unreasonable Searches & Seizures". - The right to Advocate for change. - The Right to waive (give up) your rights.
