This week marks the end of the first season of The Love Approach Project Podcast. OMG! It’s amazing to think it’s been 49 episodes already; that means 49 weeks together and many amazing guests and insights shared! Yay!

So, I thought I would share with you a guided meditation exercise to close this first season, and to help you step with ease and grace into a wonderful new week! Enjoy! All you need is a place where you can sit quietly for about 10 minutes. ;)
