Not only do his customers appreciate it, the company discovered it made them more productive and efficient: instead of a cutomer service rep having to spend 20 minutes on the phone to take each order they can see them and start processing them right away.

One of the biggest challenges is finding reliable help when you want to build or improve your website. They story I hear over and over again (and I’ve even experienced it myself) is that they got burned by their first web developer.
