The way to change a culture in any gathering, but especially in a church is to meet frequently and to build the body through encouragement. It is a biblical teaching and mandate that as believers we are called to meet in person, to worship together in a corporate setting. The early christian church was grounded and founded on this principal, that in order to maintain a healthy relationship, meeting regularly was the key.
