Absolutely Amazing!

It takes a great writer to bring me to tears by page three. The scene setting is immaculate. I am beyond speechless at how Linda displayed such a beautiful use of words to weave the tale from beginning to end. For a debut novel, I was blown away. The quality of writing exceeded all of my expectations!

I enjoyed the heart felt love of God woven into the lives of the characters. Being a seamstress myself, I enjoyed that it was an intricate part of the story.

I loved how strong Mae was to overcome a tragedy and turn it into a life goal for other women. This book contained elements across the board as perfect examples for the time period. You have tragedy, romance, suspense, and mystery wrapped nicely into a work that shows heart and dedication. I could 100% see this book as a Hallmark movie one day.

I've read many books recently that didn't keep me interested past the first chapter and this one.. I couldn't put this one down. If you want a great book to read, I highly recommend giving this new authors voice a chance. You won't be disappointed.

Powerful, Inspiring, Heartwarming Story.

I thoroughly enjoyed A Heart Made for Love, by Linda Tillis. It's a heartwarming story about the power of kindness. Her heroine, Mae, is a strong, resilient, and kind young woman who chooses to turn a traumatic, live-altering event into an opportunity to help other women. The relationship between Mae, her family, and the people whose life she enriches is inspiring, and testimony that despite the darkness existing in the world, itâs possible to thrive, love, and persevere. Ms.Tillis has a gift with setting, and creating the mood and feel of the early 1900's. I love being able to step into the pages of a bygone era. The story is written with sensitivity and depth. I can't wait to read the next one!

Loved it, can't wait for the author's next book!

Loved this book, from the first sentence I was hooked and could have easily read it cover to cover in one day, but I wanted it to last. Loved the courage of the author to tackle the very sensitive subject. Making the heroine so strong and loving and incorporating faith so beautifully makes this book a very special read. I loved so many of the characters can't wait to get to know them better. Looking forward to the author's next book. I bought this in Kindle form and since have ordered several hard copies to pass on to friends. Will be rereading.
