Providing a helping hand is priceless!  You never know what's going on in the backend of someone's life.  Extending help to low-income families goes right along the lines of how far help needs to reach.  Does that child that you're teaching in class have a meal that can eat when they get home?  Is that child situation making it hard for them to learn?
