A Hero’s Journey - James Cook-Coulson
In my opinion James is a real hero. At one point he faced a 50% chance of dying or having to have his guts cut out, he battled through illness for over four years, searching and eventually succeeding in finding a natural way to heal himself.
Today he shares some pivotal points in his journey, including when, in a very uncomfortable situation, he found the strength to carry on.
He explains how we can become healthier, and take a preventative approach, and shares his inspiring taken on life – that next week isn’t guaranteed, tomorrow isn’t guaranteed, so it’s important to crack on with what we need to do now.
We hear about his cool bespoke campervan and the epic purpose behind this, and he puts my issues into perspective, when he points out that eating nutritious food is a privelage – when at times digesting nutritious food was not an option available to him.
