Today's episode is a bit of a different kind of episode. Nicole and I had a coaching call. It was supposed to be a group coaching call, but nobody else showed up, so she had 45 minutes of my undivided attention, and we spent that time talking about a lot of different things.

It's a conversation that I have all the time with clients who are past the initial stages and more into setting up systems, setting up repetition, creating marketing campaigns that are rinsed and repeat. At the beginning of hiring team members with the intention of doubling their client load month after month after.
