Meet my friend Dr. Lindsay Trottier, Board-Certified Acupuncturist and owner of Level Acupuncture, who has been serving the Greater San Diego area since 2012. Dr. Lindsay is extremely experienced in helping people of all ages overcome many types of life challenges such as chronic pain, neurological disorders, autoimmune disorders, fertility issues, mental and emotional health, and developmental and acquired disabilities. Her practice, Level Acupuncture, has been recognized as one of the top acupuncturists in San Diego since 2019.

What I found incredibly powerful is Dr. Lindsay's ability to empower patients to heal themselves and to live their happiest and healthier lives. She explains the concept of Chi and its ability to balance positive and negative, "Yin and Yang", electromagnetic energy. The Chi energy can be blocked, or altered, affecting overall health.
