Key Scripture passage - ...for you are a chosen people. You are royal priests, a holy nation, God’s very own possession. As a result, you can show others the goodness of God, for he called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light. (1 Peter 2:9)

Sermon description - From the beginning God's desire was to dwell with a holy people. Because of sin our perfect union with God was broken, for a holy God cannot dwell with an unholy people. Yet through Jesus we have been cleansed and made holy! A holy God now dwells within His holy people....His holy Church...His holy Nation!
